Production and Delivery Time

Once your order is confirmed, we typically require a lead time of approximately 4 weeks. While we understand the urgency you may feel regarding your custom mosaic, we also prioritize ensuring that each mosaic piece is flawless. If you need a faster turnaround, we offer expedited services at an additional cost. Regardless of your timeline, we have various options to accommodate your needs.

Shipping Options

To cater to your requirements for safety, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness, we offer two flexible shipping options:

Option 1: Free Global Shipping

For customers who can afford to wait, we provide free global shipping, which allows you to focus entirely on designing your custom mosaic and the joy of receiving the final custom mosaic. Free global shipping typically takes about 40 days, as it may vary from country to country.

Option 2: Global Delivery via UPS or DHL

If you need your custom mosaic sooner, we also offer expedited shipping options through UPS or DHL, with expected delivery within 8 days from our factory. Please contact us for specific shipping fees, and we will provide you with a detailed quote.

Shipping Damage

Regardless of the shipping option chosen, we ensure that each mosaic piece is perfectly prepared for shipment and reinforced packaging is utilized to prevent any unfortunate damage. However, there have been instances of mosaic damage during transit in the past. Therefore, we provide a few extra pieces at no charge alongside your order. When receiving your shipment, please check for any visible damage. If you notice any significant damage, please refuse to sign for it and contact us immediately. We will do our best to work with the courier to resolve the issue. If you discover damage after signing for the package, please contact the courier directly, as MOCO Tile is no longer responsible for the package has been signed for.

Delivery Confirmation

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery at any time. For safety reasons, we require a signature upon delivery to ensure that your product arrives securely.

Customs & Duties

For international shipping, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply in accordance with destination country’s regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.
